HELLO MY FUTURE FRIENDS. Policies suck I know, but this in my livelihood and my career. It’s also what am passionate about and if you show up for me, I show up for you and make you and your hair more beautiful than you already are.
With that said, I know emergencies and life happen. I’m not a dick, BUT please take into consideration I’m blocking out time for YOU. I’m holding you accountable to be there with a firm YES!!
My business lives by the rules. Those rules are enforced by the following policies:
Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment without a 24-hour notice a fee will be charged for 50% of the service you scheduled.
Late arrivals: If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, please be aware that you may not be able to receive the entire service you booked and your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Your services: If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact me within a week of your appointment and I will make the necessary changes needed. If you wait longer you may be charged for any changes.
